Following a world-wide initiative, Catholics and Lutherans in the Cedar Rapids/Marion area will gather for a landmark common worship at 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 22. The service will start at Immaculate Conception. Halfway through participants will walk cross the street and finish at First Lutheran Church. Refreshments following.
